Integrated Media Cooperative Enters Partnership Agreement with Readex Research

Chicago, IL

The Integrated Media Cooperative announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Readex Research to provide research services for its members. Readex Research is a premier provider of AD Measurement studies as well as Reader Profiles, Brand Awareness Studies, Buying Practices, Salary Surveys, Business Conditions Analysis and Editorial Audits.

The Integrated Media Cooperative was founded on March 15, 2005 with 10 founding members: Allured Publishing Corporation , Douglas Publishing, Dowden Health Media div. Lebhar- Freidman Inc., Edgell Communications , Farm Journal Media, Meister Media Worldwide, NTP Media, Inc. , Northstar Travel Media, LLC, Putman Media , Stamats Communications Inc. These companies represent more than 80 magazines, with a combined cirulation of over 4 million and over $250 million in annual revenues. The Integrated Media Cooperative is dedicated to the preservation of independent small to medium-sized magazine publishing companies by providing opportunities to share of best practices, innovate through mutual efforts, and benefit financially through consolidation of volume purchasing. We will strive to reach these goals by collaborating with suppliers of goods and services offering them reduced competition, greater than average growth, reduced marketing costs, and open communication and information flow.
